Note: Most of what I create for my clients is proprietary information, so I can only share selected collateral. I create many presentations based on messaging that I develop with the teams for internal sales teams and partners, so I can not share them here.

 

Egnyte App Store - The app store lets customers easily download partner apps from Egnyte Connect, so they can work more efficiently.

I wrote the app descriptions based on my research and consulted on the usability of the app store. As soon as we made the app store public, customers started downloading apps. A great win that increased customer loyalty. The actual app store is only accessible from within the Egnyte Connect platform, click the image to get an overview.


Egnyte wanted to create awareness about its broad ecosystem of integration partners particularly in the vertical market of Marketing Professionals. I ghost wrote a solutions guide that showed how a marketing professional can efficiently get work done with the Egnyte platform and its partners. This solutions guide appeared as a blog post for Dreamforce 2016 where it created awareness about Egnytes ecosystem partners.

 


I also worked with the creative team to develop an infographic that clearly showed the workflow of a Marketing Professional using the Egnyte platform and it's partners apps. It received very positive feedback based on its clarity.

 

 


Sensity called me after they had changed the strategic direction of their IoT solution. They realized that they needed a new corporate story, customer and channel partner collateral, and sales enablement tools. See several of the customer collateral below.

Cisco was ready to introduce a new application development platform and asked me to drive the product launch and create customer and sales enablement content. See below some of the customer collateral I created and a neutralized sales tool. Since we didn't have any customer success stories at product launch time, I wrote case studies based on interviews with the field about beta customers.

A neutralized sales tool based ona customer scenario - It is designed to help Sales reps understand how to uplevel the sale and make it relevant to the business people

Cisco asked me to develop a demand creation program for the renewal and upsell of the subscription based Network Optimization Service and manage its implementation. I found out fast, that there were already two different groups within Cisco working on something related to this demand creation program. They did not collaborate, however. One team focused on identifying prospects via Salesforce, but they had no program to run against this list. The second group was focussed only on the renewal of the subscription service.

I saw this as a good opportunity to bring the teams together to design and implement one comprehensive demand creation program that addresses upsell and renewal. I designed a program that addressed the different phases of the buying process (Inspiration, Discovery, Design, Purchase) and lead the content creation for the assets. The program ran successfully greatly increasing revenue for the Network Optimization Service and saving Cisco more than my consulting fees, because now there was no duplicate and disparate work across teams. Because this was an internal demand creation program, I can only share the infographic I worked on.

The 'Evolution of Smart Net Total Care, one of Cisco's high revenue support services, appeared as part of a demand creation program that very successfully increased revenue beyond my client's expectations.

 

 


The 'Keep DNS Protected With Actionable Security Insight' blog post that I ghost wrote created awareness about the knowledge and leadership in DNS security for my client CloudShield.The number of comments and clicks to this blog post showed that it was well received by the technical audience of Chief Security Officers.

 

 


I ghost wrote the 'How to Detect and Mitigate Insidious Malware Attacks' to give deep technical insight into a recently launched product by CloudShield. The two blog posts contributed to the successful acquisition of CloudShield by Looking Glass Cyber Solutions soon after.
